Where we work — and how fast we get there

Snow response is a routing problem. Here is exactly how our crews are organized across the North Shore, and what response window your property falls into.

Response tiers

Tier Response window Areas
Core routes Cleared before 6:30am on snow days North Vancouver (Lonsdale, Central/Lower), Lynn Valley, Edgemont Village, Capilano, Marine Drive corridor
North Shore full coverage Priority rotation, typically by 8am Deep Cove, Seymour, Blueridge, Dollarton, West Vancouver (Ambleside, Dundarave, British Properties)
Extended coverage Scheduled + storm dispatch Downtown Vancouver CBD, Horseshoe Bay, Lions Bay (contract-dependent)

Response windows above are typical for seasonal-contract clients. Your contract states your specific window in writing — and our dispatch is triggered by weather monitoring, not by your phone call.

FAQ

Coverage questions

Do you charge more for higher-elevation properties?

Elevation affects snowfall frequency, and seasonal pricing reflects the real service load for your specific location — that is why we quote from satellite measurement of your property rather than a flat area rate. A Lynn Valley property sees roughly double the snow days of an Ambleside one, and its price reflects that honestly.

Can you take on a property outside these areas?

Sometimes — portfolio clients with multiple sites occasionally add a property just outside our core map. Ask when you request your quote and we will confirm routing feasibility.

How do response tiers work during a major storm?

Core routes are cleared continuously through the storm. Full-coverage areas run on priority rotation with contracted response windows. Every seasonal contract states your response window in writing.
