Who we serve

Your driveway, cleared before your day starts

Driveway, walkway and sidewalk snow clearing for North Shore homes — automatic service when it snows, salting on icy mornings, simple per-visit or seasonal pricing. Call (604) 990-7072.

The problems we take off your plate

Shovelling a North Shore driveway is a workout you didn't order

Mountain-side streets get more snow than the rest of Metro Vancouver, and steep driveways turn every storm into an hour of heavy lifting. We clear it for you — automatically, every time it snows.

The sidewalk is legally yours to clear

North Shore bylaws require the sidewalk bordering your home cleared by 10am — including for houses. We map your frontage into the service area so you're covered without setting an alarm.

Black ice doesn't wait for snowfall

Clear skies and a cold snap can leave your driveway and steps like a rink by morning. We monitor conditions and salt when temperatures call for it — verified with on-site surface readings, not guesswork.

Away for a week, or done with winter chores for good

Travellers, snowbirds and anyone who'd rather not shovel — service runs whether you're home or not, with a photo of the finished work after each visit.

Winter, off your to-do list

You don’t book us storm by storm. Once your home is set up, service is automatic: our dispatch watches the forecast and local conditions, crews roll when snowfall hits the trigger, and de-icing happens on the freezing mornings in between. After every visit you get photo confirmation of the finished work — so even if you’re away, you know it’s done.

Quoted from satellite, not a sales visit. Send us your address and we map your driveway, walkways, steps and sidewalk frontage from satellite imagery, then price the work from the measured area. Most homes get a quote the same day, with a map showing exactly what’s included.

Priced the way you prefer. Pay per visit, or take a seasonal plan that turns winter into one fixed monthly amount from October to April — same price whether it snows twice or twenty times. Our guide to seasonal vs per-event contracts explains the trade-off.

Built for North Shore homes

The North Shore is the snowiest place people commute from in Metro Vancouver — Lynn Valley, Edgemont, Seymour and the British Properties all sit hundreds of metres up the mountainside. Steep driveways, bylaw sidewalk deadlines and freeze-thaw ice are exactly the conditions our commercial crews have handled for years — the same equipment and the same weather triggers now serve houses across North Vancouver and West Vancouver.

One practical note: if your driveway concrete was poured within the last year, tell us — fresh concrete shouldn’t be de-iced, and we’ll plan around it.

Simple paperwork, easy exit

Residential clients get a short homeowner agreement, not a commercial contract: the mapped service area, your rates, the season dates, and a 30-day cancellation clause. Salting follows the same triggers we use on commercial sites — temperature and surface readings, documented — so your steps are treated before the school run, not after the slip. FAQ

Residential Homes — common questions

How does pricing work?

Two options — a per-visit rate (you pay only when we service), or a fixed seasonal plan billed monthly from October through April. Either way we quote from a satellite map of your driveway, walkways and steps, so you see exactly what's included before you agree to anything.

Do I need to call you when it snows?

No. We monitor forecasts and conditions all winter and dispatch automatically once snowfall reaches 2 cm — or when icy conditions call for salting. Overnight storms are typically cleared before the morning.

Which parts of my property do you clear?

Whatever we map together in the quote — typically the driveway, walkways, entry steps and your municipal sidewalk frontage. Salt is applied to the same areas and billed per bag, unless your plan includes it.

Do I need to be home?

No. Crews work from the mapped service area, and you get photo confirmation when the visit is done. Just keep vehicles off the driveway when snow is forecast so we can clear the full surface.

When does the service season run?

October 1 through April 30. Sign up mid-winter and your agreement simply starts at the beginning of the current month and runs to April 30.

Is there a long contract to sign?

One short, plain-language agreement written for homeowners — what we clear, what it costs, and how to cancel (30 days' notice, any time). No commercial legalese.
