We started North Shore Snow because commercial properties deserved better than a truck with a plow and a phone that goes to voicemail during storms.

North Shore Snow is a North Vancouver company, and it shows in how we operate. Our routes are engineered around the North Shore's unusual geography — sea-level commercial districts that see rain while hillside strata 300 metres up are getting dumped on. We know which parkades ice over first, which Lynn Valley cul-de-sacs drift in a northeaster, and which loading docks need to be clear before the 6am delivery window.
Behind the trucks is dispatch software most snow contractors simply don't have: live GPS tracking on every crew, automatic weather-triggered routing, satellite property measurement for quoting, and photo documentation uploaded from site before the crew leaves. Your property file shows every visit, every photo, every timestamp — all season.

Commercial General Liability insurance of not less than CAD $5,000,000 per occurrence, plus WorkSafeBC registration. Certificates of insurance are available on request with your quote.
